I have worked with UMP for several years now, having been referred by my urologist. I'm quite certain that these folks have received probably hundreds of testimonials, but I still want to add another one. Zuzi has been almost like a trusted confidant all this time, and for one reason or another I seem to be testing her mettle. For one reason or another I have used more than my Medicare allotted quantity of catheters more than once, and each time she will say "don't worry. We'll get you taken care of". This past week was a perfect example. I had run almost out and I called late in the day-too late for normal shipping or mailing to go out-and, you guessed it. I opened my door this morning and almost cried. I am being very, very sincere. When she said that she would have them to me the next day, she did, and God only knows how she pulled that off. Never, never, ever in my experience have I been treated like I was the only patient she took care of. I guess if I keep talking I could be accused of being a bit effusive, but I just can't help it.
